About Midhati POSH Training & Workplace Compliance

Midhati Legal Aid Foundation is a Pune-based foundation dedicated to legal awareness, access to justice, and practical citizen empowerment. Through posh.midhati.com, we focus on POSH training, workplace sexual harassment prevention, Internal Committee capacity building, and confidential grievance guidance.

Our Purpose

Too many workplaces treat PoSH compliance as a formality. We believe prevention, awareness, fair inquiry systems, and compassionate support must work together. Our programmes translate the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act, 2013 into clear, actionable guidance for employers and employees.

Leadership

The Foundation is led by Advocate Arundhati Garad, Founder & Chairperson, whose work combines professional legal practice with public-service legal literacy. Midhati’s POSH initiatives reflect the same values that guide midhati.com: integrity, accessibility, transparency, compassion, and social responsibility.
